CONDITIONS OF SALE

Business relations with the company "SWITCH" are governed exclusively by the following conditions:

Prices

On this site the prices are shown in Euros. The reference exchange used is the official one: 1 Euro = 1936.27 Lire. Prices include ordinary VAT.

Order confirmation

This takes place both via a page displayed at the end of the order, and by sending a confirmation e-mail, within 24/36 working hours following the order. Switch Shop reserves the right, upon receipt of the order, to check the availability of the item in stock and, if not, to promptly notify the cancellation of the order received and provide for immediate refund within 3 working days.

Shipping

We ship all orders by courier, which delivers throughout Italy within 24 hours after the order confirmation, in the islands within 72 hours. In European countries within 3/5 working days after the order confirmation Shipping costs are your sole responsibility, depends from volumetric weight and country destination. Important notice for Uk costumers, from January 1st, 2021, as a consequence of Brexit, for all orders, shipments will be DAP (Delivery at Place), meaning that any eventual import duties should be paid by the shipments' recipients, upon arrival of parcels at UK customs offices.

Returns

For the return of any item you must send an email request to info@switchshop.it, and we will take care to provide you with the authorization number and any information.

You have 7 days from receipt of your order to return your items. Once you have opened the return request, you have a maximum of 14 days to return your items to us, and it will be your obligation to provide us with the link to track the package.

For products on sale, it will not be possible to return, except for very exceptional special occasions, which will be considered upon your request sent by email to shop@switchshop.it

The shipping costs are always at your expense, and can be deducted from any reimbursement. Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.

Please note that:

all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in non-resalable conditions, won’t be eligible for a refund and we will need to send them back to you.

you will need to use an outer packaging to protect the shoe box when returning footwear. Since it is part of the product, any damage to the shoe box may result in the return being refused.

due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned. Of course, if there is a manufacturing issue with your garment, you are eligible for return and full refund.

Refound

The reimbursement will take place, as required by law, as soon as possible, in any case within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the returned goods. From the total amount will be deducted any costs as terms of sale.

In case of payment via PayPal channel, according to the new PayPal rules starting from 27th November, 2022, the percentage of commissions can't longer be refunded.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWL OR AMEND

You have 60 minutes after placing your order to cancel it.This does not apply to items on Sale. You can cancel or modify your order within 60 minutes by sending an email to shop@switchshop.it, after which it will not be possible.

ODR PLATFORM FOR RESOLVING ORDER DISPUTES

switchshop.it joins the online platform for alternative dispute resolution for European consumers. Follow this link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our mail address is info@switchshop.it

The parties have 90 days to converse via the platform and reach a satisfactory agreement for both. If this does not happen, the consumer has 30 days to contact an alternative dispute resolution body (ADR), which is neutral and authorized to resolve the case. Consumers can also decide to contact a third party immediately, without waiting for the deadline to expire.

THE ORDER AND RETURNS

We invite you to read our Conditions of Sale to get all the details regarding the management of the order and any return.

If a product is damaged during transport, please accept the product and highlight the damage to the courier on the delivery receipt. Only in this case will we be able to open a claim for compensation, and continue with the reimbursement.
